An appropriate tertiary qualification from a reputable hotel School or relevant
practical experience
2 yrs experience as a F&B manager within properties with busy Food & Beverage,
Conference, Banqueting and related support components
Business and commercial acumen with strong financial and controls ability
Strong Marketing & Promotional skills
Ability to maintain excellent physical standards and service levels
Leadership and people development skills
Thorough operational I.R knowledge and practice.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate – Microsoft Office, Micros, Material Controls and Opera.
Must demonstrate interest in self development by attending and participating in
training offered by the company as and when required
Highly developed customer orientation
Candidate must display a high level of emotional intelligence
